About Us

Hi! I'm Vic Cox, the founder of Cox Camping. Pictured at right with Gary Loman, owner & manager. I would like to welcome you to my dream.

I have worked and have continued to work on making this a dream come true for you as well. We are quiet and secluded, but close to many natural and historic sites.

There are plenty of things to do in the area such as hiking, golfing, horseback riding, sight seeing, dining, and even shopping. Plan a float trip or fishing on the Cacapon River, only a few miles from Cox Campgrounds.

Please come and join us anytime of the year.

This is an opportunity for you to disconnect from your busy, hectic world. Come and relax anytime of year.

Each season has it's own recreational possibilities and unique scenic beauty. My staff and I will be here waiting for you. Call for more information at 301-641-5070 or 304-258-2267 (304-AL U-CAMP)
